Refund policy
At Growth Spurt Fuel, we stand behind the quality of every product we make.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@growthspurtfuel.com. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Because our products are dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened products for safety and quality reasons.
If your product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Return requests must be approved before items are shipped back.
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
