Shipping policy
Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an order confirmation after your purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Shipping Methods Orders are fulfilled through our fulfillment partner and shipped using major carriers, including USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and shipping option selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Shipping Delays While we strive to ship every order as quickly as possible, delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control. Growth Spurt Fuel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier after an order has been shipped. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active. Incorrect Shipping Information Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately at growthspurtfuelteam@gmail.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at: growthspurtfuelteam@gmail.com Please include your order number and any relevant photos if the package was damaged. Domestic Shipping At this time, Growth Spurt Fuel primarily ships within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations will appear during checkout.
